Volunteer Opportunities

1.     Regional Directors (6)

          a.     The Regional Directors will be responsible for keeping the lines of     

                   communication open between the board and their respective Hub

                   Directors for their region and organization of education events at the

                   hubs located in their regions.

          b.      Northeast Region, Southeast Region, Mid-West Region, Southwest

                   Region, Rocky Mountain Region and Pacific Region

          c.      Requirements; Must be an ATP rated pilot and live in their specific

                   region.  The board shall approve by a majority ballot, to be

                   considered please submit a resume to the board.


2.     Hub Directors (108, see map below)

          a.     The Hub Directors are responsible for organizing events at their local

                   hubs.

          b.     Coordinating with local volunteers to help out with the local events.

          c.     Northeast Region, Southeast Region, Mid-West Region,

                  Southwest Region, Rocky Mountain Region and Pacific Region.

          d.     Requirements; Must be an ATP rated pilot and live in their specific

                  hub.  The board and the regional director shall review the

                  individual's resume, if multiple candidates are available for the hub at

                  the same time, the regional director shall pick which one they feel is

                  most qualified.


3.     Volunteers

          a.     All positions listed above shall be able to volunteer their time to help

                  further PALs mission at any given time.

          b.     Requirements: Must be at minimum hold a private pilot rating.  

                  Willingness to work and provide a resume to a hub director.
